Mainly used in massage, red myrtle essential oil must be diluted in a vegetable oil before application. It should not be confused with green myrtle essential oil, which contains little myrtenyl acetate.

    Origin: Morocco, Tunisia
Color: light yellow to orange yellow

Extraction method: total and complete steam distillation (our essential oil contains all of the aromatic principles of the plant), extracted without solvent, not deterpenated.
    Botanical family: Myrtaceae
Yield: 0.1 to 0.8%. This means that it takes 125 to 1000 kg of red myrtle leaves to obtain 1 kg of red myrtle essential oil. Yield may vary depending on season, region, type of crop, or from one year to the next. The lower the yield, the more valuable and expensive the essential oil will be.
